Eyemovements and Rivalry
Perceptual rivalry offers means to dissect top-down processes in overt attention from bottom-up (stimulus-driven) information: While the stimulus itself does not change, the percept of the stimulus does. In a recent study we demonstrate the strong bi-directional link between the perception of the Necker Cube and Overt Attention (Einhäuser et al. 2004)
