How To Get the Executables



Compilation under Unix-like systems

     1.  Compilation of the utilities                   g++ -c miutils.C -o miutils.o -O3                                   or           icc -c miutils.C -o miutils.o -O3

     2.  Compilation of the 6 programs:           g++ milca.C -o milca miutils.o -O3                               or           icc milca.C -o milca miutils.o -O3

                                                                               g++ milcadelay.C -o milcadelay miutils.o -O3            or           icc milcadelay.C -o milcadelay miutils.o -O3
                                                                               g++ ICAtests.C -o ICAtests miutils.o -O3                  or           icc ICAtests.C -o ICAtests miutils.o -O3
                                                                               g++ MIhigherdim.C -o MIhigherdim miutils.o -O3  or           icc MIhigherdim.C -o MIhigherdim miutils.o -O3
                                                                               g++ MIxnyn.C -o MIxnyn miutils.o -O3                      or           icc MIxnyn.C -o MIxnyn miutils.o -O3
                                                                               g++ MIClustering.C -o MIClustering miutils.o -O3  or           icc MIClustering.C -o MIClustering miutils.o -O3

     or

     Just run  make  in the MILCA directory



When you want to use MATLAB you have to copy the executable in the same directory as the MATLAB file (same name)
